The Fatherhood Connection
The Fatherhood Connection is a 13 weeks program designed to assist men to accept the responsibility & significant role of the father for the best interest of their child. The program encourages fathers to share their life experiences and become open to explore various ways to raising their children in a comfortable, non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere.

Boys2Men
The focus of this 8 week program is to provide a supportive atmosphere in which young men will gain a stronger understanding of their roles and responsibilities, for the best interest of their children. Young men will be equipped with skill sets to become more confident & competent leaders in our community.

One-on-One Mentoring
This mentoring program offers one on one service with Reginald Cox on Fridays 2pm-4pm. Services can be rendered by appointment only.

This workshop opportunity allows you to choose a topic of interest and have a customized curriculum built based on your topic. You can choose from the following: 2-hour adult group and 1-hour youth group

Join Reginald Cox for a 3 day Conference experience. One day of powerful tools delivered in a workshop setting. Another day of leadership training, and the last day of a unique faith-based service, full of fellowship and praise.

The Fatherhood Connection has established itself as a proven provider with Its unique, intentional, and strategic focus on men and fathers in a manner that promotes, encourages, empowers, and equips men and fathers to assume their rightful role, recognize their resilience, re-establish and re-buildrelationships.

Cox in 2010, with a mission to affirm and empower fathers and families thru education, mentorship & collaboration with community partners utilizing a holistic approach. Fatherhood Connection, Inc. brings together people from all walks of life.

Men's Group
The Fatherhood Connection, Inc. utilizes a curriculum that works directly with men to educate them on the importance of being
actively involved in their children’s/families’ lives. This course helps improves family outcomes by promoting the personal development and parenting skills of fathers and father figures.
 
Youth Empowerment
Fatherhood Connection provides an intensiveprogramtoprovideasupportive atmosphereinwhichyoungmenchange their mindset and will gain a stronger understandingof their roles and
responsibilities to curb their violence,for
the best interest of themselves, their family and ultimately their communities.
 
Sisterhood
Fatherhood Connection’s Sisterhood program empowers woman who have experienced loss and are in transitions due to life circumstances. We come along side these woman to celebrate their growth and encourage their strength.
